Role overview

Join Fresha as a Product Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Product, and play a key role in driving innovation and growth across our platform. You will own the strategy and roadmap for a set of core product areas, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, high-quality solutions!

Our product organisation is structured into three core tribes: Money, Growth, and Performance. Product Managers are aligned to a tribe based on their experience, business priorities, and where they can have the greatest impact.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in product management who wants to shape meaningful product experiences within a fast-growing, global company.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including executives and cross-functional teams, to align product strategy with company goals
  • Communicate product vision, roadmap, and outcomes clearly, fostering transparency and strong collaboration across teams
  • Conduct market and user research to inform product direction and identify opportunities
  • Develop and own a clear, forward-thinking product strategy aligned with business objectives and customer needs
  • Define and prioritise the product roadmap, balancing short-term delivery with long-term value
  • Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation through to launch and continuous iteration
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to define and deliver effective product solutions
  • Continuously improve user journeys and experiences across key areas of the product
  • Monitor and optimise key performance metrics such as engagement, satisfaction, and business impact

What we are looking for

  • Experience: 3+ years of product management experience, ideally within a digital product or SaaS environment
  • Data-driven mindset: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and insights to inform decisions
  • Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams and levels
  • Customer focus: Passion for understanding user needs and delivering intuitive, high-quality experiences
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities
  • Collaboration: A hands-on team player who is happy to support where needed
  • Product delivery: Proven experience delivering software products or features end-to-end
  • Ways of working: Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative product development

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the sales workflows at Fresha, delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth and improve the experience for partners and their clients.

Interview Process

  • Screening call - Video-call with a member from the Talent Team - 30mins
  • 1st Stage - Video-call with Hiring Manager - 45 mins
  • 2nd/Final Stage - In-person presentation with Hiring Team - 60mins

We aim to complete the interview process and provide feedback within two weeks.
