This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing products to market, driving customer value, and working cross-functionally to deliver commercial growth.

The Role

As Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full product lifecycle, from business case development and launch planning through to optimisation and retirement. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technical and Finance teams, you'll ensure products are positioned effectively, deliver value to customers, and achieve commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the UK product portfolio throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Develop product positioning, pricing strategies, value propositions and go-to-market plans.
  • Monitor product performance, adoption, profitability and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis and pricing reviews to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
  • Own and evolve product messaging, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Support sales enablement through training, launch materials and product communications.
  • Partner with Commercial Finance to support pricing strategy, portfolio performance and margin optimisation.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for key product categories, translating technical features into compelling customer benefits.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
