The Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Product Manager to lead core product initiatives from conception through to launch and beyond. This role will require a strategic thinker with a strong emphasis on executing on product vision, stakeholder management, and facilitating a successful product lifecycle.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of how sports organizations operate and a genuine passion for building products that make a real difference to coaches, sports scientists, and performance staff. This role requires a flexible approach to working hours and occasional weekend work to support our US-based clients and global roadmap.
We will expect you to:
- Work directly with Lead Product Managers to align product strategy with client outcomes and company objectives
- Own the full product lifecycle for your area, from discovery and ideation through to release and iteration
- Develop a deep understanding of how sports organizations operate, building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to stay close to the problem space
- Define and manage a prioritised roadmap, ensuring the team is always focused on the highest-impact work
- Actively monitor the competitive landscape and emerging market trends in sports performance technology, using those insights to sharpen prioritisation and inform product strategy
- Partner with engineering and design squads to translate insights into well-scoped, outcome-driven deliverables
- Foster the principle of building the smallest valuable thing and iterating based on evidence and feedback
- Define clear success metrics for your product area and use data to guide decisions and measure outcomes
- Build and communicate a commercial case for your roadmap investments, demonstrating clear linkage between product decisions and business outcomes such as retention, expansion, and customer value
- Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders across the business
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to support successful go-to-market execution

Experience and skills we're looking for:
- Track record in a Product Manager role within a B2B SaaS environment, owning a product area end-to-end
- Strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle, from discovery through to release and ongoing iteration
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with experience translating complex user needs into clear product requirements
- Strong background in building products with design at the centre of the approach
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to incorporate both qualitative and quantitative inputs to inform decision-making
- Commercially minded, with a clear understanding of how product decisions influence revenue, retention, and customer value — and the ability to articulate that to senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to track and analyse the competitive landscape, synthesising market signals into actionable product insights
- Proficient in using AI tools, such as Claude, Gemini, or similar, to accelerate discovery, research, prototyping, and decision-making, and have an understanding of how AI/ML capabilities can be applied within a product context
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to drive results
- Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and managing trade-offs across scope, quality, and time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, at direct-to-customer standard
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and highly organised

Ideally, you will have:
- Experience working with or within professional sports organizations, clubs, federations, or leagues
- Familiarity with sports performance, sports science, or athlete health workflows
- An understanding of how performance staff, such as coaches, sports scientists, physiotherapists, or analysts, use technology in their day-to-day work

Location
While this role allows for remote work, occasional face-to-face gatherings are recommended.
