About Joblogic
Established in 1998, Joblogic is the UK's #1 Field Service Management (FSM) software platform. We are a global business with offices in the UK, Pakistan, and Vietnam. Since our management buy-out in 2013, we have grown from ~£500K ARR to ~£35M+ ARR and expanded from 11 to 500+ people.
Recently, we secured strategic growth investment from Vista Equity Partners — a global technology investor specialising in enterprise software. This investment includes over £100 million in new primary capital to accelerate our AI-first roadmap, expand into CAFM capabilities, and scale across Europe and beyond.
With 100,000+ users across HVAC, plumbing, electrical maintenance, facilities management, and building fabric maintenance, we are entering a new era of intelligent automation and data-driven decision-making. Our ambition is clear: £100M ARR.
About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager with deep experience in Field Service Management, Facilities Management, or operational workflow-driven SaaS products.
This is a discovery-led, customer-facing role. You will shape how engineers, planners, supervisors, and contract managers use Joblogic every day — translating complex real-world FM and field service operations into intuitive, scalable product solutions.
You will work closely with UX, Engineering, and Product Leadership to build products that reflect how field service businesses actually operate.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
