Company Description

TripBooka.com is building the platform that helps independent travel advisors compete with the biggest names in travel.

For too long, independent advisors have relied on word of mouth, social media, and fragmented tools to grow their businesses, while large online travel companies have dominated through technology and marketing spend. We believe travelers deserve more choice, better service, and holidays designed by real experts who genuinely care about their clients.

TripBooka combines marketplace technology, workflow automation, and AI to help independent travel advisors attract new customers, manage bookings, create exceptional customer experiences, and grow their businesses, all from one platform.

We're still at the beginning of our journey, making this an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious startup and help shape the future of independent travel.

Role Description

We're looking for our first permanent Product Manager to join TripBooka.

This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage startup and help define the future of our product. You'll work directly with the founders, collaborate with our engineering team and designers, and play a central role in deciding what we build, why we build it, and how we deliver value to our customers.

You'll spend time understanding the needs of independent travel advisors and travelers, turning customer insights into product improvements, and identifying opportunities where AI can simplify workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and create experiences that set TripBooka apart.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, AI-powered products, or the travel industry is beneficial but not essential.

If this role excites you, we'd encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every qualification. We'd much rather speak to someone with the right mindset and potential than miss out on a great Product Manager because they don't tick every box.

Why Apply?

  • Be TripBooka's first permanent Product Manager and help shape the future of the platform.
  • Work directly with the founders and influence product strategy from day one.
  • Help define how AI is used to transform the way independent travel advisors run their businesses.
  • Own meaningful product decisions that have a direct impact on customers and business growth.
  • Build products that empower independent travel advisors to compete with the biggest names in travel.
  • Competitive salary, equity package, and significant opportunities for career progression as TripBooka grows.
