Product Manager

📍 Location: Soho, London (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
💰 Salary: £65,000 – £75,000

The Company

My client is one of the fastest-growing fitness technology platforms globally, helping personal trainers, gyms, and fitness brands deliver digital coaching experiences at scale. Following several years of rapid growth, the business is investing heavily in its London product and engineering team to support the next phase of expansion.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on Product Manager role with full ownership of the product lifecycle—from discovery and roadmap planning through to launch and measuring success.

Working closely with the CPO, engineering, design, and leadership team, you'll shape product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure the roadmap delivers real commercial impact. You'll combine strategic thinking with day-to-day execution, working closely with engineers to turn customer problems into scalable product solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the product roadmap and prioritize features based on business value
  • Lead customer discovery through user research, feedback, and product analytics
  • Translate business goals into clear product requirements and engineering priorities
  • Work closely with engineering and design throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Coordinate feature launches across product, marketing, and customer teams
  • Define success metrics and use data to continuously improve the product
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
  • Balance customer needs with commercial objectives and technical constraints

What They're Looking For

  • 5+ years' Product Management experience within a SaaS or product-led business
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience driving product growth
  • Experience working closely with software engineering teams
  • Confident prioritizing roadmaps and managing competing priorities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using product analytics to inform decision making
