OVERVIEW

NEXT is the newly launched innovation hub inside Fifty5Blue, the global leader in media measurement and analytics operating in more than 80 countries. NEXT is a new, ring-fenced innovation unit being built from the ground up, with a clear mandate to launch the next generation of AI-native audience-intelligence products — modernizing our cross-media engine, expanding our audience measurement solutions, and investing in AI capabilities.

Why join this incredible program? NEXT is being built from the ground up - you will shape both the product and the operating model. Flexible work model: London (one pod is being built in our London office) or fully remote with regular travel for in person collaboration. Hybrid by default; we trust our teams to find the right balance.

THE ROLE

We're hiring a senior Product Manager to own a portfolio of new product initiatives: leading R&D, building the products working hand-in-hand with the data scientists and software engineers, engaging directly with client teams and internal customers, and bringing methodological rigour to a fast-moving development team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Portfolio ownership

  • Own product strategy and roadmap for 4-5 initiatives (e.g. cross-media measurement, behavioural panel data, AI-native use cases)
  • Translate Fifty5Blue's existing panel and methodology assets into new product opportunities; and partner closely with the existing organization to bring new solutions to life
  • Maintain the connection between NEXT pilots and Fifty5Blue's currency-grade methodology standards — radical experimentation does not mean methodological shortcuts.
  • Drive ownership and accountability for product delivery, managing risks and making product decisions for the team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Design-partner & customer engagement

  • Lead the product relationship for client funded proof-of-concepts through delivery and eventual scaling
  • Convert customer pain points into structured product hypotheses with clear validation criteria, working closely with a commercial product lead to understand our key markets, customer segments, and drive strong product-market fit.

Cross-functional leadership

  • Work alongside NEXT’s data scientists and engineers in 6-week sprint cadence; demo at the end of each sprint.
  • Coordinate with Fifty5Blue's panel operations, methodology, and commercial teams
  • Carry initiatives through the Hub's five-stage cycle (Discover → Design → Build → Pilot → Scale) with explicit GO and KILL criteria at each gate.

CAPBILITIES AND EXPERIENCE

What You’ll Bring (Required)

  • Proven product management experience, with extensive audience measurement knowledge, media analytics, or adjacent data products.
  • Direct, hands-on familiarity with panel-based measurement methodology and the trade-offs between panel and big-data approaches.
  • Experience leading paid customer pilots with major platforms, broadcasters, agencies, or advertisers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; you can write a one-page product brief that an engineer, a methodologist, and a CMO can all act on.

How we work

We move in weeks not months, days not weeks; we make decisions quickly and in the open; we celebrate good kills as much as good launches.
