Are you a strategic Product Owner or Product Manager who can drive outcomes, challenge senior stakeholders, and bring structure to complex transformation? We are supporting a major public sector transformation programme and need an experienced Product Owner / Manager to operate across strategy, governance, delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
You will be responsible for shaping and driving delivery across a complex transformation environment, including: Owning and governing product backlogs across multi-team Agile delivery Translating strategic objectives into clear delivery plans and outcomes Managing priorities, dependencies, risks, blockers, and escalations Supporting senior governance forums, programme boards, and reporting Working closely with BAs, architects, engineering teams, and change teams Challenging unclear requirements and driving clarity across stakeholders Defining success measures, benefits, and outcome-based delivery plans

What We’re Looking For Active SC clearance is mandatory Strong Product Owner / Product Manager background in large-scale transformation Experience in public sector, central government, GDS, or large enterprise environments Strong backlog management, prioritisation, and Agile delivery experience Confident using Jira and / or Azure DevOps Experience with governance, RAID, reporting, and executive-level updates Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills Able to challenge senior stakeholders constructively and operate in ambiguity
