Kraken Utilities – Expanding Beyond Energy
We’ve extended our platform to water and broadband utilities, launching the Kraken Utilities division. Our 120+ team is in high-growth mode, serving six key clients:

Product Manager (Water) – Join Our Impact-Focused Team
Mission: Shape how basic services (power, water, fiber) become cheaper, greener, and simpler for millions of people.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Problem-Solving
- Act as the product owner for water industry solutions, translating business needs into scalable, cutting-edge tech.
- Beyond ‘ juste accomplir’ (just executing): Chart an AI-conscious roadmap, prioritise ruthlessly, and champion next-gen innovations.
Rigorous Execution
- Lead high-complexity to-do lists: We need you to morph ideas into reliable product & end-to-end migrations.
- Retroactively manage obstacles—from learning new domains to rallying stakeholders.
Enterprise & Implementation Mastery
- Balance big-picture thinking with enterprise constraints—we sell to 30M+ customers across massive, legacy systems.
- Steer critical client adoptions—from onboarding to post-go-live maintenance.
Empathy & Customer-Centricity
- Interact seamlessly with technical and non-technical teams—your product decisions must transcend feelings.
- Build trust with customers and internal stakeholders, especially during operational "firefights."
Data-Driven Product Growth
- Use usage analytics to identify underserved opportunities.
- Measure outcomes—does our tech reduce leaks, improve efficiency, or delight customers?
Anticipate the Next Wave
- Step out of your comfort zone; study AI trends and explore how they can elevate water industry tech.
- Collaboration is key—work with other utilities divisions and our diverse engineering teams.
What You Bring to the Team
Impeccable Industry Fit
- Familiarity with water or energy utilities is a plus, but not required.
- No licensing bureaucracy: If you’ve worked on innovation in legacy enterprise sectors (like telecom or banking), your experience is viable.
