Job Description

As a Product Manager, you will play a meaningful role in driving the success of Sage’s recent M&A with Fyle. This role will focus on developing the product roadmap, integration and scaling of the accounting software. You will focus on understanding customer, market, product, and compliance needs to define and deliver market-winning products and solutions. You’ll collaborate with Sage product groups and business development teams, working closely with go-to-market teams including marketing, sales, support, services, and partners to launch products, drive business growth, and ensure customer success.

This is a hybrid role working 3 days a week from our Newcastle office.

Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct and lead product, compliance, customer, market, and competitive product analysis.
  • Prioritize requirements and define the product roadmap to drive success.
  • Write detailed product requirements/user stories and collaborate with user experience and product development teams.
  • Work with Sage product groups and business development teams to deliver whole product solutions.
  • Support go-to-market teams to launch products and ensure customer success.

What You’ll Bring

  • 4-8 years of hands-on experience in product management.
  • Background in SaaS or B2B software, preferably in the fintech domain.
  • Ability to translate complex problem statements into scalable solutions with clear user stories and product experience.
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills across Engineering, Design and GTM functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and self-driven, able to initiate, own, and deliver work both independently and collaboratively within teams.
