About 16VC
16VC is a venture capital firm and venture studio partnering with exceptional founders to build, launch, and scale category-defining technology companies. We work at the earliest stages of company creation identifying opportunities, validating ideas, assembling world-class teams, and helping founders build products with global impact.
We're looking for a Founding Product Manager to join our venture studio and help turn ambitious ideas into successful businesses.
The Role
As a Founding Product Manager, you'll work alongside founders, engineers, designers, and investors to build products from zero to one. You'll play a critical role in validating opportunities, defining product strategy, launching MVPs, and driving product-market fit across new ventures.
This is an opportunity to build multiple companies—not just one product.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
