Are you passionate about turning complex business needs into simple, scalable digital solutions? Can you confidently prioritise competing demands while keeping long-term product vision in mind? If so, then this might be the role for you!

About us

We are a leading UK technology company delivering transformative, data driven solutions for the energy sector and beyond. With two decades of experience, we help organisations unlock the power of smart data to improve efficiency, reduce cost to serve, and enhance customer experience.

Trusted by millions of households and major industry partners, our innovative platforms and energy data management solutions support a smarter, more sustainable future.

What does this role involve?

As a Product Manager, you’ll own and drive a key product set within a defined value stream, shaping strategy, setting priorities, and delivering real customer and business outcomes.

Working closely with your Senior Product Manager, you’ll create and evolve a clear product roadmap, balancing short-term delivery with long-term product growth.

You’ll collaborate with business and engineering teams to define the right solutions, translate customer needs into actionable requirements, and lead delivery through Agile teams.

You’ll manage a well-prioritised backlog, ensure clarity across stakeholders, and use data and insights to track performance and continuously improve.

Just as importantly, you’ll champion product-led ways of working, focusing on outcomes, encouraging collaboration, and keeping the customer at the centre of everything you deliver.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
