The Opportunity
Ready to shape the future of airport technology? As our Product Manager – Airport Management, you’ll:
- Lead the vision, strategy, and global rollout of foundational technology across 150+ airports.
- Bridge enterprise technology and front-line airport operations, managing multiple squads to build scalable, resilient airport environments.
- Oversee facilities like hangars, crews, networks, and workspace endpoints—pioneering the next-gen airport experience.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision
- Shape a global roadmap for airport operational capabilities, aligned with core business objectives.
- Own the mission budget to ensure strategic projects have the required resources.
- Balance local airport needs with enterprise scalability, standardisation, and resilience.

- Technical & Ecosystem Alignment
- Drive standardisation across fragmented airport tech ecosystems.
- Partner with Technical Leads to align product direction with architectural and engineering standards.
- Collaborate with enterprise teams across Network, Identity, Cybersecurity, and more.
- Stakeholder & Team Leadership
- Guide Product Owners, fostering a high-performance culture of ownership.
- Keep senior leadership updated via transparent product reports, plans, and performance metrics.
- Work with Regional Delivery Managers to manage supplier relations and regional execution plans.
- Lifecycle & Delivery Management
- Champion the customer voice, translating operational insights into actionable backlogs.
- Oversee full product lifecycles—from ideation and deployment to retirement.
- Ensure high operational observability, telemetry, monitoring, and robust system recovery.
- Core Technical Focus Areas
Your work will champion foundational product evolution across:
- Airport Connectivity: Network infrastructure (OBOs, hangar technology).
- Identity & Endpoints: Access management, federation, and global device governance.
- Workspace Enablement: Operational printing, meeting technologies, front-line tools.
- Data Integration: Airports system linkages, data exchange, and operational asset tracking.
Key Skills and Experience
✔ Aviation/Airport Tech: Proven track record managing product teams in distributed airport environments. ✔ Scale & Complexity: Experience managing multi-squad product development with enterprise-level budgets. ✔ Supplier Governance: Ability to rationalise, improve, and govern a complex supplier ecosystem. ✔ Technical Fluency: Understanding of identity management, IT infrastructure, endpoint tech, and observability tools. ✔ Strategic Influence: Exceptional stakeholder management, uniting cross-functional teams.
