The Opportunity
Are you ready to shape the future of aviation technology? As our Product Manager – Airport Management, you will lead the vision, strategy, and global rollout of foundational technology across 150+ airports.
In this critical role, you will bridge the gap between enterprise technology and front-line airport operations. You will manage multiple squads to build scalable, resilient, and highly integrated airport environments—from hangars and crew facilities to operational networks and workspace endpoints.
Product Strategy & Vision
- Shape the global roadmap for airport operational capability in alignment with core business objectives.
- Own the mission budget to guarantee resource allocation and funding for strategic roadmaps.
- Balance local airport needs with enterprise scalability, standardisation, and resilience.
Technical & Ecosystem Alignment
- Drive standardisation across a fragmented landscape of airport tech and supplier ecosystems.
- Partner with Technical Leads to align product direction with architecture and engineering standards.

Stakeholder & Team Leadership
- Provide direction to Product Owners and nurture a high-performance culture of ownership.
- Engage senior leadership with transparent product updates, plans, and performance metrics.
- Work with Regional Delivery Managers to manage supplier relations and regional execution.
Lifecycle & Delivery Management
- Act as the voice of the customer, translating operational insights into actionable backlogs.
- Oversee full product lifecycles from initial ideation and deployment to long-term retirement.
- Ensure high operational observability, telemetry, monitoring, and robust system recovery.
Technical Focus Areas
You will champion product evolution across these core foundational domains:
- Airport Connectivity: Network infrastructure, Operational Base Offices (OBOs), and hangars.
- Identity & Endpoints: Access management, federation services, and global device management.
- Workspace Enablement: Operational printing, meeting room tech, and front-line workspace tools.
- Data Integration: Airport system integration, data exchange, and operational asset visibility.
Key Skills And Experience
- Aviation/Airport Tech Experience: Proven experience managing products in distributed airport environments.
- Scale & Complexity: Track record of managing multi-squad product areas and enterprise-level budgets.
- Supplier Governance: Strong ability to navigate and rationalise third-party vendor ecosystems.
- Technical Fluency: Understanding of identity management, networking, endpoint infrastructure, and observability tooling.
- Strategic Influence: Exceptional stakeholder management skills to unite cross-functional business and engineering teams.
