Company Description

Saturnos.com is a YC S24, $15M Series A fintech backed by Singular and Shapers building an AI-powered operating system for the UK's £1T+ wealth management sector.

Job Description

As the Product Manager for Saturn CoPlanner, you will operate as a GM with total autonomy. You will own the entire business line end-to-end, from initial ideation and technical execution with engineers to go-to-market strategy and customer iteration. This is a high-stakes role for a builder who wants to lead without a safety net.

Location

London, UK

Why this role is remarkable

  • Complete ownership: You are the top of product for your business line, reporting directly to the CEO with no Head of Product or Director between you and your decisions.
  • High-growth trajectory: Join a YC S24 startup that recently closed a $15M Series A from top-tier investors like Singular and Shapers to modernize the UK's wealth management infrastructure.
  • Real-world impact: Replace fragmented legacy spreadsheets and manual processes with a single intelligent platform used by hundreds of advisory firms and thousands of wealth advisers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You Will Do

  • Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of the Saturn CoPlanner product ring, including product strategy, design collaboration, engineering execution, and shipping.
  • Execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, managing distribution, marketing, and direct customer feedback loops to ensure deep product-market fit.
  • Operate as a generalist leader, balancing technical building and design oversight with business operations to scale your specific product line independently.

The ideal candidate

  • Proven track record of ownership: You can point to a specific product or feature where your personal decisions directly resulted in measurable business outcomes or successful launches.
  • Entrepreneurial GM mindset: You care deeply about the entire business—including distribution and customer success—rather than just checking off feature tickets or shipping code.
  • Resilient generalist: You thrive in an early-stage, in-person London environment and are excited by the prospect of being the most senior product person in your area.

Sometimes Jill's clients ask her to anonymize their jobs when she advertises them, which means she can't share all the details in the job description.
