Services spend — consultants, contractors, agencies, SOW suppliers — is the second-largest line on the corporate P&L and the least well-governed. It falls between HR, Procurement, Legal and Finance, owned by no function and reflected by no system end-to-end. Worker classification rules have made the gap expensive, and HMRC has shown it will collect.

CoComply is the control layer that fixes this. We closed our venture round in April 2026, have real revenue traction with recognisable enterprise names in the pipeline, and are building for a multi-billion pound global market.

The Role

You’ll be our first dedicated Product Manager, taking product from the founding team and owning it end-to-end. This is a hands-on role, close to customers from day one — not a head-of-product-in-waiting managing from a distance.

  • Run discovery directly with Procurement, HR and Finance leaders — surface real problems, not feature requests
  • Own a prioritised, evidence-led roadmap and defend the trade-offs
  • Turn conversations into crisp specs an AI-accelerated engineering team can ship fast
  • Shape how CoComply shows up beyond the core app — integrations into the tools and AI assistants enterprises already work in, and the commercial models around them
  • Build the business cases: what’s core, what’s premium, what drives expansion within an account
  • Prototype and pressure-test concepts with customers before we commit engineering time
  • Expect to join pre-sales and onboarding calls early — there’s no faster way to learn our buyers, users and domain

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You

  • A proven B2B SaaS Product Manager with real procurement exposure — the buyers, the processes, the systems (P2P, VMS, CLM) and how services spend actually flows through an enterprise
  • Comfortable running discovery, demos and validation with senior stakeholders
  • You make prioritisation calls with evidence, defend them, and get on with it — no hand-holding needed
  • AI tools are already core to how you work: research, synthesis, spec-writing, prototyping
  • Exposure to contingent workforce, IR35 or adjacent compliance domains is a plus, not a requirement.
