About us
Lisk is building a new kind of financial platform for businesses - one that brings the best of crypto infrastructure into an experience that feels modern, simple, and built for how teams actually operate. We're replacing fragmented corporate financial tooling with a single workspace across web and mobile.
Your mission
We're looking for a product manager to own meaningful parts of the Lisk product end-to-end - from problem framing and discovery through PRDs, launch, and iteration. You'll work across our core surfaces and partner closely with design, engineering, sales, and marketing to ship.
This isn't a role where you inherit a mature roadmap. We're early-stage, which means a lot of customer research still to do - you'll spend real time with users, validate assumptions in the open, and turn those learnings into product direction. You'll define behavior from first principles, navigate a stack with deep third-party integrations, and make calls that shape how businesses move money globally.
What you’ll be doing
- Own product areas end-to-end: opportunity discovery, problem framing, PRD writing, scoping, launch, and iteration
- Write crisp PRDs that engineers and designers can build against without ambiguity
- Define behavior for complex financial workflows end-to-end, including the edge cases most teams skip
- Make tight scope and tradeoff calls in close partnership with engineering and design
- Work directly with integration partners to align capability boundaries with product decisions
- Run customer research end-to-end - interviews, prototype testing, beta programs - and turn what you learn into roadmap direction
- Define and track success metrics for the areas you own
- Contribute to product strategy and help shape what gets built next
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Sharp judgment on scope, sequencing, and what's actually worth building
- Excellent written communication for a remote, async-first team
