Your Opportunity, Your Team
The Product Manager supports the QVC International business, (UK, Italy, Germany & Japan) and working as part of a global software engineering team. You'll be driving the strategy, development and optimisation of media and metadata product capabilities across Broadcast & Media Engineering.
Where You'll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Chiswick Park, West London two days a week.
What You'll Do
- You will own and manage a product portfolio within the Broadcast & Media Software Engineering domain, with a focus on image, video and metadata capabilities supporting QVC International operations
- You'll partner closely with business stakeholders, technology leaders and engineering teams to define product vision, gather requirements and translate needs into prioritised epics, user stories and acceptance criteria
- You will lead product discovery through customer research, market analysis, data validation and iterative testing to shape a clear roadmap and maximise customer and business value
- You will manage and prioritise the product backlog, support agile delivery teams through ceremonies and refinement sessions, and help remove obstacles to maintain delivery momentum and quality
- You'll monitor product performance, adoption and business outcomes post-launch, using KPIs, stakeholder feedback and data insights to drive continuous improvement and inform future direction

What You'll Bring
- You will have experience in product management or a related field such as project management, business analysis or software development within an agile environment
- Strong experience translating business, customer and technical needs into clear product requirements, backlog priorities and roadmap plans
- Solid understanding of the product lifecycle, agile delivery practices, user story development, acceptance criteria and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams
- Ability to work effectively with business leaders, developers, subject matter experts and external partners, balancing competing priorities to deliver coherent product outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Broadcast Engineering, Digital Media or similar, with product owner certification such as CSPO, SCPO or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge of retail, broadcast media, digital media or social media environments would be advantageous
