Product Manager (Alternative Payments) – Make Your Mark Global
Ready to take your career global? Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments.
We’re looking for a passionate, curious, and impact-driven Product Manager to join our product team and help unlock the full potential of alternative payment methods (APMs) across the world.
This role is not about shipping features — it’s about solving real problems, driving measurable outcomes, and building scalable products that power businesses globally.
What You’ll Own
As a Product Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of APM products across their full lifecycle — from ideation through launch and scale — with a relentless focus on:
- Customer impact
- Commercial success
- Long-term scalability
Key Responsibilities
You will:
-
Own the full product lifecycle
- Define vision, strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plans.
- Drive products from concept to launch and continuously iterate based on performance and feedback.
-
Obsess over customer problems
- Engage directly with merchants, partners, and internal teams to uncover pain points.
- Always ask “why” and challenge assumptions.
-
Build for impact, not output
- Prioritise initiatives based on value and outcomes (not just features).
- Measure success by adoption, revenue growth, and customer experience.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
