Product Owner – Next Generation SaaS Platform
We're partnering with an ambitious technology company investing heavily in the future of its software platform. As part of an exciting transformation programme, they're looking for a Product Owner to play a key role in shaping new capabilities, enhancing customer experiences, and defining the product’s direction.
This role goes beyond traditional backlog management and sprint administration. You’ll collaborate closely with customers, designers, and engineers to tackle real-world challenges, validate ideas, and ensure solutions provide measurable value. If you thrive in solving complex problems, influencing product direction, and delivering innovative solutions, we’d be delighted to connect with you.
The Opportunity
You’ll take full ownership of key product initiatives from discovery through to delivery, ensuring solutions are aligned with customer insights, commercial value, and long-term strategy. As part of a collaborative product team, you’ll:
- Shape prioritizations, challenge assumptions, and uncover innovation opportunities.
- Drive the product’s evolution in line with ever-changing customer needs.
- Have significant influence over both what gets built and why.
Responsibilities
- Lead product discovery through customer interviews, workshops, and research.
- Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Prioritise product initiatives based on customer value, commercial impact, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate tightly with Engineering, Design, and stakeholders during delivery.
- Define product success metrics and monitor adoption post-release.
- Leverage customer feedback, analytics, and market insights to shape future improvements.
- Thoughtfully qualify feature requests to maintain focus on high-impact outcomes.
- Support the inclusion of intelligent, data-driven capabilities using emerging technologies where relevant.
- Contribute to the long-term scalability of the SaaS platform.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
