About This Opportunity
We’re looking for a commercially focused Product Manager to join our Product Development and Partnerships team, helping to shape the future of credit cards through innovative propositions and strategic co-branded partnerships. This is a team at the forefront of building and evolving market-leading credit card products, working with well-known brands and global networks like Visa and Mastercard, and taking ideas from concept through to launch and beyond.
In this role, you’ll sit at the centre of our partnership products, working closely with external partners and internal teams to deliver strong commercial performance while creating great customer outcomes. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day partner relationships, building trust and ensuring alignment on priorities, campaigns and long-term plans, while also supporting governance, reporting and ongoing collaboration.
You’ll keep a close eye on how your portfolio is performing, using data and insight to understand what’s driving acquisition, spend, engagement and profitability. As you spot opportunities to improve performance or enhance the customer experience, you’ll work with colleagues across Product, Marketing, Risk, Analytics and Operations to turn ideas into action and deliver at pace.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
