Do you want to work with credit products in a fast-growing payments bank and play a key role in supporting its global expansion? As Product Manager in Credit team, you will develop and improve credit solutions, helping the business grow while working closely with teams across the organization to turn ideas into impactful products.

In this role you will get the chance to work with key stakeholders across the business as part of our Credit team, developing and improving credit products that play a central role in supporting clients and driving growth.
We offer a hybrid work model for our employees to allow for flexibility and productivity. However, we do expect you to spend most of your time in the office to build community and efficiency in the team.

Exciting work is waiting for you Support the business in managing and scaling credit products across their full lifecycle Define and prioritize the product roadmap in line with business strategy, client needs, and data insights Own and drive product development in close collaboration with Commercial and Technology teams, from scoping to implementation Drive product revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, optimizing pricing, and enhancing product performance Translate complex business and credit requirements into clear, scalable product features and processes Ensure robust execution governance across product development, including alignment with Risk, Legal, and internal approval frameworks Continuously improving products based on user feedback, data, and performance insights Collaborate closely with Risk, Treasury, Legal, Commercial and Technology teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Things we’ll look for on your resume To be the right candidate, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within the banking or fintech sector, and you hold a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Risk, or a related field. You demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain credit concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, alongside solid stakeholder management capabilities to effectively drive initiatives across multiple teams.
You bring a client-oriented mindset, with strong client engagement skills and a clear understanding of client needs, supported by a solid technical understanding of APIs, payment flows, and system architecture. You have a good knowledge of the payments ecosystem, ideally with familiarity or interest in Banking Circle systems, and an understanding of financial regulations and risk management principles, including knowledge of different types of collateral and credit protection mechanisms. You can translate complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions, and you adopt a collaborative mindset, with experience working across commercial, technical, and control functions.
