Product Manager - Data Center White Space (EMEA)

What you’ll do:
You will own the strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management of Eaton's White Space portfolio across EMEA.
You will identify market opportunities, define product requirements and work closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Operations teams across EMEA and North America to drive profitable growth and innovation in one of Eaton's most strategic segments.

Product Scope
The portfolio includes:

  • IT Racks & Accessories
  • Rack PDUs
  • Rack Power Solutions, including DC architectures
  • Aisle Containment Systems
  • POD Solutions
  • Superstructure Solutions
  • Data Center Monitoring & Management Software

These solutions contribute to Eaton's Grid-to-Chip approach for modern cloud, colocation and AI-driven Data Centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategy and roadmap.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from development to end-of-life.
  • Own product profitability and support pricing strategy.
  • Gather customer insights and monitor market trends.
  • Identify growth opportunities and competitive differentiators.
  • Define requirements for new product development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Support go-to-market activities and product launches.
  • Partner with global teams to align product roadmaps.
  • Provide product expertise for strategic customers and major opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Experience in Product Management, Product Marketing or Business Development.
  • Experience within the Data Center industry.
  • Knowledge of Data Center infrastructure technologies.
  • Experience with White Space solutions (racks, rack PDUs, containment, PODs, modular infrastructure or similar technologies) is highly desirable.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global matrix organization.
  • Fluent English required.
