We are easyJet

We are easyJet – a FTSE-250 listed, £multi-billion low-cost airline that serves tens of millions of customers every single year. If you’re reading this, you have probably already been an easyJet customer, and you’ll know that there is no more iconic (or Orange!) travel brand in Europe.

We fly more than 1,207 routes, connecting 38 countries across Europe, and employ more than 18,000 colleagues. We’re on a mission to make low-cost travel easy – and whatever your role here, you’ll connect millions of people to what they love using Europe’s best airline network, great value fares, and friendly service.

What makes us easyJet? Our Promise Behaviours – we are Safe, Bold, Welcoming and Challenging. Four Behaviours. One Spirit. One easyJet.

Ready to help us build the future of airport experiences?

Are you a strategic product leader who excels at untangling complex technical landscapes? Do you want to own the product vision that ensures safe, compliant, and seamless flight departures across a global network of over 150 airports?

We are seeking a Product Manager – Departure & Compliance to lead multiple cross-functional squads. In this role, you will drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our mission-critical departure systems, data flows, and regulatory integration platforms.

Role Overview

As the Product Manager for Departure & Compliance, you will lead the transition toward a standardised hybrid Departure Control System (DCS) model. You will be responsible for rationalising a complex vendor landscape, ensuring that departure-critical passenger, flight, and regulatory data is accurate, highly resilient, and seamlessly integrated across a massive ecosystem of central systems, third-party providers, and international border authorities.

Key Accountabilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Shape and own the long-term product vision, budget, and roadmap. Define clear OKRs and metrics to measure success and maximize business value.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the strategic bridge between operational, commercial, and technology leaders. Translate complex technical data challenges into clear, outcome-focused business language.
  • Team Leadership: Provide direction, purpose, and mentorship to Product Owners and cross-functional delivery squads, fostering a culture of high performance and deep customer empathy.
  • Agile Delivery: Partner with engineering and delivery teams to translate strategic goals into actionable backlogs, balancing rapid short-term delivery with long-term platform stability.
  • Lifecycle & Data Management: Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to retirement. Ensure compliance, reliability, and data integrity across all live operational systems.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
