Hybrid working – 3 days on site at Manchester Airport Permanent

The Role
As a Digital Workplace Product Manager, you will own the products and tools that shape how colleagues work, collaborate, and communicate at MAG.
You’ll drive a modern, intuitive, and efficient digital workplace – from Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms to employee experience tools – ensuring productivity and engagement across our airports and central teams.

Responsibilities
- Own the Digital Workplace product portfolio and roadmap
- Enhance collaboration, communication, and productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft 365 suite, PowerApps)
- Identify opportunities to improve colleague experience through technology
- Drive adoption and change across digital workplace tools
- Partner with IT, Communications, and business teams to define requirements
- Lead agile delivery of enhancements and new capabilities
- Monitor performance, usage, and user satisfaction metrics
- Manage vendor relationships and product budgets
What Will Make You Successful in This Role?
- Experience managing digital workplace or end-user technology products
- Strong understanding of collaboration tools (e.g. Microsoft 365, Teams, Copilot, PowerApps, SharePoint)
- Proven experience in delivering user-focused technology solutions
- Ability to balance technical capability with user experience design
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience working in agile delivery environments
