## About the Role
As a Product Manager III on the Rapid API team, you’ll define and execute the product strategy for supplier-facing capabilities—bridging hoteliers, suppliers, and connectivity partners to strengthen our demand-side offerings. This role demands a talent for synthesising supply-side challenges into high-impact, API-driven solutions that enhance inventory quality, expand coverage, and simplify integrations for all stakeholders.
You’ll collaborate across hotelier onboarding, connectivity workflows, API architecture, and business development, ensuring our product innovations meet the needs of suppliers while driving exponential demand growth.
## Key Responsibilities

Product Roadmap Ownership Lead the roadmap for hospitality supply capabilities—spanning onboarding, property setup, content, inventory, rates, availability, and related integrations—strategically connecting them to demand-side growth objectives.

API & Integration Strategy Partner with engineering to shape end-to-end API product lifecycles, from initial design and iteration to adoption maintenance, with expertise in REST, GraphQL, and emerging integration technologies. Optimise workflows to reduce onboarding friction and improve integration success for partner-facing tools.

Supplier & Developer Experience (DX) Deep-dive into hotelier, supplier, and connectivity provider needs to design intuitive, frictionless experiences—from account creation to go-live validation. Leverage data to identify gaps, streamline processes, and automate workflows with AI to enhance developer productivity.

Cross-functional Collaboration Align with commercial, onboarding, partner success, and integration teams to translate supplier/market requirements into measurable product priorities and phased delivery plans. Collaborate on validations, QBRs, and strategic engagement reviews.

Data-Driven Decision Making Define and track KPIs like supplier adoption rates, onboarding efficiency, API quality, activation benchmarks, and satisfaction scores, using insights to prioritise and refine the supply portfolio.

Stakeholder Alignment & Communication Communicate vision, trade-offs, and progress across seniors, teams, and business units to attract investment and galvanise support for scalable supplier initiatives.
## Experience & Qualifications
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (e.g., tech, business, product management).
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B platforms, travel ecosystems, marketsplaces, or partner-facing tech.
- Strong grasp of APIs and integration strategies (exposure to RESTful APIs, GraphQL, migration projects recommended).
- Ability to define product roadmaps, author clear requirements, and execute with engineering/ux teams in Agile environments.
- Analytical mindset with hands-on experience leveraging data to prioritise initiatives (e.g., subscription metrics, operational efficiency).
- Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration for technical, commercial, and operational stakeholders in distributed teams.

Preferred but Not Mandatory
- Hands-on experience in hotel tech, lodging supply chains, connectivity platforms, or channel management.
- Familiarity with hotelier onboarding processes and operational workflows (e.g., property setup, rate/availability sync, compliance).
- Proficiency with GraphQL, API specs, or legacy system migrations.
- Experience with AI/ML-driven optimisations or workflow automation in developer-friendly tools.
- Knowledge of lodging supply domains—property setup, content validation, rate ingestion, or go-live processes.
