Role Overview
Own the Remlive product portfolio — Remlive (Presence of Voltage Indicators) and the AVT (Absence of Voltage Tester) — across the full product lifecycle from development through launch, growth, and optimisation.
Drive the AVT to market — manage the product requirements, business case, competitive positioning, and go-to-market strategy for Fortress's first UL 1436-compliant Absence of Voltage Tester with SIL3 functional safety outputs.

Develop deep knowledge of electrical safety standards — including UL 1436, NFPA 70E, IEC 61010, IEC 61243-5, EN 50110 and related regulations — and translate these into product requirements and market positioning.
Conduct structured Voice of Customer — engage directly with end users, channel partners (including key partner NHP in Australia), and industry stakeholders to validate product-market fit and inform the roadmap.
Build and maintain the 3-year electrical safety product roadmap — aligned to Fortress's strategic priorities and the broader innovation pipeline.
Own competitive intelligence — monitor and respond to competitors including Panduit (VeriSafe), Grace (ChekSafe), i-Gard, and emerging entrants; maintain battlecards and positioning documents.
Collaborate cross-functionally — work closely with Engineering, Safety Services, Application & Technical Support, Marketing, and Sales to deliver products to market and drive adoption globally.
