At Camfil, we are passionate about protecting people, processes and the environment through clean air solutions. As a global leader in premium air filtration, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager – Air Pollution Control (APC) EMEA to lead the development and execution of our APC product strategy across the region.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded product management professional with strong technical expertise in industrial filtration and a passion for leading teams, collaborating across functions, and delivering customer-focused solutions.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and lifecycle management of Camfil's Air Pollution Control portfolio across EMEA. You will work closely with regional sales, engineering, product development, supply chain, marketing and global APC teams to ensure our products continue to meet evolving customer and market needs.
What You'll Be Doing:
Product Strategy & Portfolio Management
- Develop and execute the APC product roadmap across EMEA.
- Drive portfolio growth, profitability, and market competitiveness.
- Identify market opportunities and customer needs to support innovation and product development.
- Conduct business reviews and profitability analyses to support data-driven decisions.
Leadership
- Lead and develop the APC Product Management team, with responsibility for 1–2 direct reports.
- Coach and support team members to achieve both individual and business objectives.
- Foster collaboration across regional and global teams.

Customer & Sales Enablement
- Deliver technical product training for sales teams, key accounts, OEM customers, and major project partners.
- Act as a subject matter expert, supporting customers with product selection and application knowledge.
- Develop supporting tools and materials that enable commercial success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Development, Material Research, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales Support, and Manufacturing.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, OEMs, and strategic customers.
- Influence stakeholders across multiple functions and levels.
Change Management
- Partner with the Director of Product Management to lead regional change initiatives.
- Develop and implement effective communication and change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new products, processes, and strategies.
About You:
We're looking for someone who combines technical expertise with commercial awareness and strong leadership capability.
Essential
- 5+ years' experience within industrial dust control, air pollution control or industrial filtration.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering and ventilation principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience analysing commercial performance and translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple countries and cross-functional teams.

Desirable
- Previous experience leading or developing small to medium-sized teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline (or equivalent industry experience).
- Additional European language skills.

You're equally comfortable discussing engineering concepts with technical experts and presenting business recommendations to senior stakeholders.
