Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid Product Manager role based in Greater London, with flexibility for part-time work from home. The Product Manager will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of pet health and nutrition products, from market research and concept development through launch and ongoing optimization. The Product Manager will work cross-functionally to deliver clear product positioning, support go-to-market plans, and drive continuous improvement in product performance and user experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong product management skills, including roadmap planning, requirements gathering, and lifecycle management.
  • Market and customer research skills, such as data analysis, user insights generation, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with R&D, veterinary experts, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Communication and documentation skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to produce product specifications and reports.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to align product decisions to business goals and brand philosophy.
  • Relevant experience in pet care, animal health, nutrition, biotechnology, or healthcare products is highly beneficial.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Veterinary Science, Nutrition, Business, or Product Management) or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Greater London, with strong time-management and self-organization skills.
