At Microlise, we're passionate about developing technology that helps fleets operate more safely, efficiently, and sustainably. As a Product Manager – Fleet Telematics, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering products that solve real-world challenges for fleet operators.
Working closely with Engineering, Delivery, Sales, Pre-Sales, and Marketing teams, you'll help define product strategy, prioritize development activities, and ensure our solutions continue to meet the evolving needs of customers across the transport and logistics sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Product Manager looking to take ownership of a market-leading product portfolio within a growing technology business.

What You'll Be Doing
- Own and evolve key areas of Microlise's telematics and video telematics product portfolio, helping to shape the product roadmap and future direction.
- Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and industry experts to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and translate insights into product enhancements.
- Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and Delivery teams to define requirements, prioritize development activity, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Support product launches by working with Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams to create compelling product messaging and customer communications.
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to drive continuous improvement and commercial success.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring our products deliver real value to fleet operators and remain competitive within the transport technology market.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a Product Manager role with responsibility for products throughout their lifecycle.
- Experience working with telematics, video telematics, fleet technology, SaaS, or related technology products.
- Understanding of product management methodologies and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Experience gathering customer requirements and translating them into clear product priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to balance customer, technical, and business needs.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to support decision-making.
Desirable
- Experience within the transport, logistics, fleet, or commercial vehicle sectors.
- Knowledge of telematics technologies including GPS tracking, vehicle data, driver behavior, and camera solutions.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements relating to fleet operations and compliance.
- Experience supporting go-to-market activities and product launches.
- Familiarity with IoT, connected vehicle technologies, or cloud-based platforms.
