📍 Tonbridge, Kent (Hybrid) - 2-3 days a week: Tuesdays and Thursdays Mandatory.

We're looking for a commercially minded and highly organised Product Manager – Gifting to take ownership of our growing gifting portfolio and play a key role in bringing innovative gifting concepts to life.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Product team and manage a diverse portfolio that includes gift sets, bottled products, branded collaborations and bespoke customer projects. You'll work across the entire product lifecycle—from initial concept through to launch—partnering with suppliers and internal teams to deliver commercially successful products that stand out in the market.

What You'll Be Doing

As Product Manager – Gifting, you'll be responsible for:

  • Owning the gifting portfolio

    • Managing Atom-owned gifting ranges, branded partnerships and bespoke customer gifting projects.
    • Developing and maintaining the gifting roadmap, balancing commercial priorities, customer demand and seasonal deadlines.
    • Monitoring portfolio performance and identifying opportunities for growth, innovation and improvement.
  • Bringing products to market

    • Leading multiple gifting projects simultaneously from concept through to launch.
    • Managing project timelines, critical paths, budgets and launch schedules.
    • Coordinating product samples, artwork approvals, packaging development and production readiness.
    • Ensuring launches are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

  • Driving commercial success

    • Building accurate product costings and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
    • Working with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities.
    • Supporting pricing decisions through a strong understanding of costs, margins and commercial objectives.
    • Continuously identifying opportunities to improve profitability and product performance.
  • Building supplier partnerships

    • Developing and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
    • Managing quotations, sampling, quality assurance and production activities.
    • Monitoring supplier performance and driving continuous improvement in quality, service and value.
  • Collaborating across the business

    • Acting as the central point of contact for gifting projects.
    • Working closely with Buying, Brand, Design, Compliance, Operations, Demand Planning and Customer Service teams to ensure successful product launches.
    • Keeping stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the development process.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines strong commercial awareness with excellent project management skills and a passion for creating great products.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience in Product Management, Product Development or Project Management within retail, FMCG or consumer products.
  • Experience developing physical products, packaging and gifting solutions.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience building product costings and managing margins.
  • Excellent supplier and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong planning, organisation and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for creating innovative products and exceptional customer experiences.
