About the Role
As the Product Manager for our Incision Care portfolio, you will lead the implementation and development across UK&I, maximising Mölnlycke’s engagement and messaging reach across the global healthcare market. You’ll enjoy autonomy in driving growth and shaping strategy within a dynamic organisational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert for the portfolio, advising on product, technical, and pricing decisions to support informed commercial strategy
- Lead end-to-end product launches, coordinating strategy, cross-functional alignment, and execution to achieve successful business outcomes
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to:
- Strengthen brand positioning
- Increase market visibility
- Drive growth in a highly competitive wound care market
- Cultivate brand advocacy by engaging with:
- Key opinion leaders
- Strategic customer relationships
- Partner with sales teams to deliver:
- Training programs
- Effective product demonstrations
- (Key message alignment)
- Own KPI tracking and performance analysis, using data-driven insights to:
- Evaluate sales trends
- Measure campaign effectiveness
- Optimise strategies for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with UK, EMEA, and global teams alongside external agencies to ensure:
- Alignment of strategy
- Consistent messaging
- High-quality delivery of marketing initiatives
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis, leveraging insights to:
- Refine portfolio positioning
- Strengthen competitive advantage
- Enhance overall commercial and marketing performance

What You’ll Get
Mölnlycke offers a rewarding package including:
- Salary: Circa £65,000 (depending on experience)
- Annual bonus: Performance-related, up to 20%
- Monthly car allowance: £600

Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Experience in marketing medical devices, preferably with a strong preference for surgical product marketing
- Exceptional written/verbal English skills
- A confident, dynamic personality with:
- A growth mindset
- Drive for continuous learning
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Be a fast learner
- Take clear ownership
- Apply sharp analytical thinking to strategy and execution
- Qualifications: degree or marketing qualification (preferred, not mandatory)
