Position Title
Product Manager – Incision Care Portfolio (UK&I)
Responsibilities
As Product Manager for the Incision Care portfolio, you will lead the implementation and development strategy in UK&I, while maximising Mölnlycke’s engagement and messaging reach across the healthcare market.
To succeed in this role, you will take ownership of the following key areas:
- Strategic Guidance: Act as the subject matter expert for the portfolio, advising on product, technical, and pricing queries while supporting informed commercial decision-making.
- End-to-End Product Launches: Lead the execution of product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment and strategy development to deliver outcomes aligned with business and operational goals.
- Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing strategies to:
- Strengthen brand positioning
- Increase visibility and market penetration in the highly competitive wound care space
- Drive portfolio growth
- Brand Advocacy: Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and strategic customers, fostering long-term reliance on Mölnlycke’s solutions.
- Sales Alignment: Partner with sales teams to:
- Deliver product training and messaging
- Enhance field effectiveness through demonstrations
- Boost revenue performance
- Data-Driven Performance: Own KPI tracking and analysis, using insights to:
- Evaluate sales trends
- Assess campaign effectiveness
- Optimise marketing strategies for continuous improvement
- Global Collaboration: Work closely with UK, EMEA, and global teams, external partners, and agencies to ensure:
- Aligned strategy
- Consistent messaging
- High-quality delivery of marketing initiatives
- Market Intelligence: Conduct analyses of:
- Market trends
- Customer feedback
- Competitor benchmarking
- Leverage insights to refine positioning, competitive strategies, and commercial success.

- Salary: circa £65,000 (depending on experience)
- Annual bonus: 20% performance-related

Requirements
To thrive in this role, you should have:

- Marketing experience in medical devices, particularly a preference for surgical products showcase.
- Strong competency in written and spoken English.
- A confident, dynamic personality with a growth mindset, self-motivation, and a passion for success.
- Demonstrated ability as a fast learner with:

- Degree qualified, or a Marketing Qualification.
