We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy and commercial development of a specialist portfolio of manufactured products used in industrial machining applications.

Working closely with customers, sales, marketing, operations, finance and technical teams, you will identify market opportunities, shape product strategy and roadmaps, and manage products throughout their lifecycle. You will play a key role in translating customer and market insight into profitable growth, successful product launches and compelling value propositions.

  • Proven product management experience with physical, manufactured products sold into industrial or technical markets
  • Strong track record of launching, developing and managing B2B products throughout their lifecycle
  • Experience creating product strategies, business plans, positioning and multi-year roadmaps
  • Commercial understanding of pricing, competitor analysis, market forecasting and portfolio profitability
  • Ability to engage directly with customers and translate technical or market needs into product opportunities
  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
  • Technical aptitude and confidence discussing complex industrial products and applications
  • Experience in machining, cutting, grinding, abrasives, automotive, aerospace, electronics or semiconductor markets would be highly advantageous
  • Experience within a global business or Integrated Business Planning environment would be beneficial
