We are seeking an experienced Product Manager specializing in integration strategy and PAS connectivity to lead the development and execution of Earnix’s integration platform and Guidewire Accelerator.
In this role, you will own the integration product roadmap, drive the evolution from connector-based middleware to a scalable, API-first integration platform, and serve as the primary product interface for SI partners, PAS vendors, and customers on all integration-related capabilities. You will work closely with engineering, professional services, and sales to ensure fast, predictable, and repeatable integration outcomes across any carrier architecture.
What You’ll Do:
- Integration Platform Ownership: Own the product roadmap for Earnix’s integration platform, spanning the API surface (tiering, access governance, partner identity model, lifecycle management) and the Integration Acceleration Layer (reference adapters, canonical schemas, validation tooling, guided workflows). Drive strategy, prioritization, and execution across both tracks.
- Guidewire Accelerator: Own the Guidewire Connector as a managed product within the platform model, including certification lifecycle management, release compatibility, and the ongoing strategic evaluation of connector investment against platform adoption.
- Partner & SI Ecosystem: Serve as the primary product interface for SI partners (e.g., Capgemini, Deloitte, Accenture) and PAS vendors building on the Earnix platform. Define the partner certification program, enablement package, and support model. Translate partner feedback into platform requirements.
- API Strategy & Governance: Drive the API tiering model, partner credential architecture, and access governance framework. Work with engineering to define and deliver the partner identity model, multi-tenant authorization, and ecosystem telemetry.
- Engineering Partnership: Work directly with engineering to define requirements, manage the backlog, and drive delivery of integration platform capabilities, API surface improvements, and Guidewire Accelerator releases.
- Customer & Field Engagement: Partner with professional services and sales to support integration-related deal execution, reduce implementation friction, and ensure integration speed and predictability meet carrier expectations.
- AI-Driven Integration: Collaborate with the AI platform team to define and productize agent-assisted integration workflows, including adapter scaffolding, schema mapping, gap detection, and guided remediation.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Align product leadership, engineering, professional services, sales, and business stakeholders around integration strategy, platform capabilities, and ecosystem development.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Requirements
You’ll excel by:
- Operating independently: owning the integration platform roadmap end-to-end and driving execution across engineering, partner ecosystem, and field teams without heavy oversight.
- Thinking architecturally: understanding how APIs, schemas, middleware, and PAS ecosystems interact, and translating that understanding into product decisions that scale.
- Communicating effectively across deeply technical and non-technical audiences, from engineering teams building API infrastructure to SI partners implementing adapters to carrier executives evaluating integration risk.
- Managing ecosystem complexity: balancing the needs of customers, SI partners, PAS vendors, and internal stakeholders while maintaining a coherent platform strategy.
- Applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a systemic, data-driven perspective to integration outcomes and platform adoption.

You’ll love it because:
Earnix is making a deliberate strategic shift from shipping PAS-specific middleware to operating a governed integration platform. This role sits at the center of that transformation. You will define how Earnix integrates with the carrier ecosystem at scale, shape the partner and SI experience, and build the platform capabilities that make integration speed and predictability a competitive advantage. If you are motivated by platform strategy, partner ecosystems, and solving hard integration problems in insurance technology, this is a rare opportunity to own the full scope.
