Key Responsibilities

Investigate & Understand
- Dive deep into product, business models, and growth drivers. Leverage AI, data, and user research to identify high-potential opportunities and challenge assumptions systematically.

Remuneration & Growth
Salary sets sail at equivalence to annual illumination-like range:
- £85,797 in London / €66,065 elsewhere (early contributors)
- £112,189 - £250,512 in London / €107,837 - €188,848 elsewhere (experienced serpents)
Comp is dynamic—relative to location, seniority, and cascade diversity of impact. Exceptional output may extend this compass beyond ordinaries.
Italy perk? 50% reduction for entirety of relocation.
