Role Objectives

As a Product Manager at Zaizi, you will:

  • Manage a product through discovery, alpha, beta, and live states
  • Develop and continuously improve product management skills and techniques
  • Define the product roadmap, make priority decisions, and own the backlog to ensure value and alignment with user/customer needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive data-led decisions
  • Build strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership

  • Apply diverse product management principles and methods
  • Capture and translate user needs into deliverables
  • Define the minimum viable product (MVP) and prioritise effectively
  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Work seamlessly with specialists in multidisciplinary teams

Agile Working

  • Demonstrate knowledge of Agile methodology
  • Thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments using iterative and flexible approaches for rapid delivery

Lifecycle Perspective

  • Understand product delivery phases and contribute to planning/execution
  • Guide a team through product lifecycle phases
  • Maintain and iterate products over time to meet evolving user needs

User-Centric Focus

  • Deeply understand users, identify needs, and prioritise user-centric solutions
  • Translate user insights into design approaches or services
  • Build meaningful user relationships and always prioritise user needs

Salary

💰 £56,000–£75,000 (negotiable based on experience)
