Product Manager
Job Description
Location: Bristol / London (UK)

The Product team is seeking a motivated, delivery-focused, detail-oriented Software Product Manager to support the execution of our Entity Management SaaS product strategy. Reporting to the Product Lead, you will play a key role in shaping, delivering, and continuously evolving the systems and platforms that underpin Computershare’s Entity Solutions technology offering.
This is a high-impact role at the centre of our ongoing transformation, focused on managing and executing a portfolio of software initiatives. You will bring a strong product mindset, an agile delivery focus, and a passion for leveraging AI enabled capabilities and modern development practices to solve complex business problems.
A role you will love
The Product Manager role is responsible for translating product strategy into clearly defined, customer-focused outcomes. Working closely with the Product Lead, Engineering, key business stakeholders and our end-user clients, you will help prioritize initiatives, define requirements and design & support the delivery of solutions that drive customer value and commercial outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically, operate with agility, and embrace innovation, including the application of AI, automation, and evolving development approaches to improve both product outcomes and delivery effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to and drive execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment to business outcomes, growth goals
- Translate problems / jobs to be done into prioritized features, requirements and backlog items
- Partner closely with agile delivery teams and internal & external stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality and valued software solutions
- Ensure readiness of solutions and take them to market to deliver on targeted outcomes
- Collect, analyse, and leverage customer insights, feedback, and usage data to measure outcomes and inform future decision-making.
- Champion a modern agile delivery model, emphasizing iterative development, rapid feedback loops, and continuous improvement
- Identify and drive opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance product capabilities, team efficiency, and decision-making
- Contribute to ongoing market and competitor analyses

What will you bring to the role?
A self-motivated and results-driven individual with a commercial mindset would fit well into this role, we can develop your product knowledge however a background in financial services would be beneficial.

- Experience in planning and managing workloads to meet deadlines
