Product Manager (Vertical Solutions) - Payment Products

What You’ll Do
This is a high-impact product role with end-to-end ownership. You’ll report to Modulr’s vertical solutions team, building and scaling payment products tailored for specific B2B market segments.
Your typical responsibilities will include:
- Leadership in defining product vision: Write ROI-driven roadmaps, own product ownership in your squad, and drive delivery for:
- APIs
- Dashboards
- Portals
- Reports
- Partner integrations
- Payment flows

Deep customer engagement: Develop an in-depth understanding of payment processes and customer pain points in your assigned vertical. Use insights to craft solutions that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and speed up payments—while managing partnerships alongside your product.

Commercial impact: Monitor and shape performance of your product against key metrics and KPIs. Contribute to pricing strategy, understand your cost base, and communicate your roadmap’s value clearly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and Product Director.

Own launch execution: Collaborate with sales, demand generation, and product marketing to execute launches effectively and ensure sustained traction. Resolve cross-functional challenges related to** operations, risk, compliance, and data** before go-live.
Requirements
We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager with track record of delivering scalable SaaS or API-first products. Key traits:

Proven expertise in linear (SaaS) or API-centric B2B product development:
- Hands-on experience in technical product design, API ecosystems, and UX.
- Strong understanding of scalable payment systems in regulated environments.

Full-cycle product management skills:
- Gather customer requirements
- Conduct user testing
- Pitch products
- Oversee design and engineering

Comfort operating in a laser-focused, regulated environment—balancing speed with operational, security, and compliance needs.

Excellent comunicators—capable of engaging with:
- C-level clients
- Partners
- Suppliers

High autonomy + strong analytical skills—navigates ambiguity while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
