Product Manager – Internal Sales & CRM (Salesforce Sales Cloud)
Up to £85k + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Hybrid – London or Stockport (2 days per week)

This is an opportunity to own the strategy and roadmap for a Salesforce Sales Cloud platform used by internal sales teams every day.
Around 70% of new insurance business comes through broker partners, with plans to grow from 1,000+ active broker relationships to 2,000. The platform you own will play a key role in helping teams work smarter, improve broker engagement and drive growth.
You'll work across Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Product teams to solve problems, improve journeys and deliver changes that have a visible impact. If you enjoy using data, insight and innovation to shape products that people genuinely rely on, this is a role where you'll have real ownership.
The Opportunity
You'll lead the evolution of Salesforce Sales Cloud, owning the roadmap, prioritisation and delivery of improvements that make a difference.
Working with cross-functional teams, you'll identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve user experiences and introduce new capabilities, including AI and automation, to enhance sales performance.

What You'll Be Doing
- Own the strategy, roadmap and evolution of Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Improve the experience for internal sales teams and broker partners
- Use customer insight, analytics and business data to prioritise product decisions
- Work closely with Engineering and Design to deliver valuable new functionality
- Partner with Sales, Marketing and senior stakeholders to solve real business challenges
- Run experiments, measure outcomes and continuously optimise the platform
- Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to streamline processes and improve productivity
- Balance commercial objectives with user needs to deliver measurable business value
What We're Looking For
You'll be an experienced Product Manager who enjoys solving business problems and influencing strategic decisions.
You'll bring:
- Experience managing digital products from strategy through to delivery
- Proven ownership of product roadmaps and competing priorities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A commercial mindset with a focus on measurable business outcomes
- Experience using customer insight, analytics and data to inform decisions
- Confidence working in fast-paced environments where priorities evolve
- A collaborative approach and a passion for continuous improvement
