Product Manager (Leadership)
Meta Product Managers work with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists, and researchers to build products. We are looking for committed Product Managers who value moving quickly and want to make an immediate impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and execution for a complex product area, defining success, prioritising challenges, and continually refining strategies based on evolving learnings and organisational context.
- Identify and drive consensus on priorities, enabling meaningful investment while knowing when to pause or pivot.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define a robust product vision, develop actionable roadmaps, and drive progress against goals—while improving team health and uplifting capability.
- Proactively identify opportunities and align adjacent product areas by fostering collaborative strategies that break silos.
- Leverage data and research (user insights, market analysis) to inform decisions and influence broader product strategy.
- Influence partner functions, resolving divergent goals and strengthening cross-team collaboration.
- Communicate product strategy and progress with radical clarity to all stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop peers, cross-functional team members, and future leaders within the organisation.

Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 3 years in Product Management.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), preferably in a STEM field (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, or Applied Sciences—not strictly required).
- Expertise in leading cross-functional teams across entire product lifecycles:
- Crafting clear product missions and strategies.
- Defining precise product requirements.
- Coordinating resources from external teams (marketing, legal, etc.).
- Achieving key milestones and objectives.
- Experience managing a product from ideation through completion, optimising performance in every stage.
- Track record of transforming product performance and enhancing team effectiveness through targeted initiatives.
- Deep expertise in data analysis, evaluating large, complex datasets, and driving decisions based on insights.

- Experience leading high-performing teams, motivating collaboration across departments, and influencing organisational strategy.

Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in integrating AI tools to streamline workflows and achieve measurable improvements (e.g., efficiency enhancements or product-quality gains).
- Adherence to ethical AI practices, including risk assessment, bias mitigation, and rigorous quality reviews.
- Continuous AI upskilling, including prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration, and tracking emerging technologies.
