We are proudly part of the Zynga & Take-Two Interactive family. We do things differently here: we work in small self-managing teams, giving you an incredible amount of ownership, autonomy, and impact. At Gram, everyone is expected to have a razor-sharp focus on creating a tangible impact on their team, their work environment, and on the overall company strategy. If you are motivated by autonomy, constant improvement, collaboration, and a sense of belonging, this is the place for you. Position Overview: We are looking for a Product Manager, LiveOps to join our growing team! Plan and implement high-impact monetization events (such as special sales or limited-time offers) and use A/B testing to make informed, data-backed decisions. Configure in-game events and drive improvements in Live Ops tools to simplify workflows and increase impact. Lead projects that improve data visibility and player insights, then share findings across the studio to level up everyone’s game. Stay ahead by analyzing industry trends and benchmarking standard methodologies in Live Ops. What You Bring: 3-5 years of experience in mobile/freemium games, with a focus on Live Operations, Monetization, Product Management, or data analytics. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with a user-centric and data-driven approach. Experience conducting and analyzing A/B tests. Resourceful team member who thrives on solving challenges and has a strong curiosity about player psychology. Ability to work collaboratively with an open-minded, self-motivated attitude. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in written/spoken English. Ability to align diverse teams, cultures, and work styles. Passion for games! I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
