Role Overview

Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional Product Manager to join our global business.

Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will work collaboratively with engineers, designers, data analysts, and marketers to bring product ideas to life. You will be responsible for shaping product vision, conducting research, and delivering high-quality user experiences for our customers and partners in an innovative environment.

Our product organisation is structured into three core tribes: Money, Growth, and Performance. Product Managers are assigned to a tribe based on their expertise, business priorities, and where they can have the greatest impact.

You will play a key role in driving product initiatives that support customer growth, improve user experiences, and enhance day-to-day operations across our platform.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working autonomously, embraces challenges, and wants to make a meaningful impact.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute a clear product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Identify and prioritise product opportunities across acquisition, engagement, retention, and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Lead end-to-end product development, from discovery and ideation through to launch and iteration.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, operations) to define and deliver product solutions.
  • Own and prioritise the product backlog, making informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Continuously improve user journeys and experiences to drive engagement and satisfaction.
  • Use data and insights to identify opportunities, measure performance, and optimise key metrics.
  • Work with stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment between product initiatives and company objectives.
  • Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
