Role Overview: Product Manager

Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we’re looking for an exceptional Product Manager to join our global business. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, this role requires collaboration with:

  • Engineers
  • Designers
  • Data analysts
  • Marketers

Core Responsibilities:

You’ll shape product vision, conduct research, and deliver high-quality user experiences for customers and partners in an innovation-driven environment.

Our product organisation is divided into three tribes:

  1. Money
  2. Growth
  3. Performance

Product Managers are assigned to a tribe based on expertise, business priorities, and impact.

Key Objectives:

  • Drive product initiatives for customer growth, user experience (UX) improvements, and operational efficiency.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment with challenges and meaningful impact.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute a clear product strategy and roadmap, aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Identify and prioritise product opportunities across:
    • Acquisition
    • Engagement
    • Retention
    • Operational efficiency
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Lead the entire product lifecycle (discovery, ideation, launch, iteration).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (engineering, design, marketing, operations) to deliver scalable and user-centric solutions.
  • Own and prioritise the product backlog with data-driven decisions.
  • Continuously improve user journeys to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
  • Use data and analytics to:
    • Identify opportunities
    • Measure performance
    • Optimise key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Align product initiatives with business objectives through stakeholder collaboration.
  • Clearly communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholder groups.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required

  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer-focused or digital environments.
  • Proven record of end-to-end product delivery (idea to launch).
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for creating intuitive and valuable UX.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence skills across teams and hierarchy.
  • Analytical thinker who translates data into actionable insights.
  • Pragmatic problem-solving skills with a bias toward execution.
  • Hands-on collaborator, willing to contribute where impact is needed.
  • Self-motivated owner with a proactive mindset.

Interview Process

  1. Screening Call

    • Video call with Talent Team member (30 mins)
  2. 1st Stage Interview

    • Video call with Hiring Manager (45 mins)
  3. 2nd/Final Stage

    • In-person presentation (60 mins) with the team
  • Goal: Complete interviews and feedback within 2 weeks.
