Your role: Product Manager – MarTech & Engagement Platforms

As the Product Manager for MarTech & Engagement Platforms, you will architect Elanco’s marketing technology ecosystem. You will own the suite of SaaS platforms that drive customer engagement, education, and conversion.

You will manage a portfolio of enterprise tools - including Docebo (LMS), On24 (webinars), and Wistia (video hosting) - balancing product management with operational leadership. Your goal is to provide global marketing teams with high-performing capabilities to reach pet owners, veterinarians, and farmers worldwide.

Your Responsibilities:

SaaS Portfolio & Vendor Excellence: Lead the lifecycle, integration, and optimization of Elanco’s marketing SaaS stack (Docebo, On24, Wistia, Pear Commerce, Ahrefs). Manage vendor relationships to ensure SLA compliance and leverage platform innovations. Engagement Roadmap & Global Collaboration: Define a globally scalable, locally relevant strategy for these technologies. Serve as the primary contact for OUS stakeholders (UK, EMEA, APAC) to ensure unique market needs are met. Data-Driven Growth & Analysis: Utilize Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and ObservePoint to monitor platform health. Analyze cross-channel engagement data to provide key insights and actionable web product improvements. Privacy & Security First: Act as the primary product liaison for Legal and Privacy stakeholders, ensuring all platforms (e.g., Trustseal, Preference Centers) remain compliant with global standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.). Process Optimization: Evolve our "Ops Lead" responsibilities by streamlining the request, onboarding, and adoption processes for new marketing technologies.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

Experience: 3+ years in digital product management or marketing operations, with a strong focus on B2B or B2C SaaS ecosystems. MarTech & Integration Expertise: Proven ability to manage complex global marketing stacks and a deep understanding of how third-party SaaS tools integrate with web platforms via APIs, scripts, and data layers. Analytics & SEO: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and user behavior tracking (Clarity/Hotjar) to drive performance. Compliance & Stakeholder Influence: Familiarity with global data privacy laws and the ability to navigate complex legal/privacy requirements to enable business outcomes. Operational Rigor: Skilled at managing competing priorities and vendors with a consistent focus on ROI and performance. Global Mindset: Ability to work effectively across time zones, bridging the gap between OUS (UK/EMEA) market needs and Global HQ.
