Workplace: White City, London. Expectation is 1-2 days in the office.
9 Month Fixed-Term Contract
The role
The media and post production landscape continues to evolve and ITV Studios are taking the opportunity to review how services in this space are delivered. Can we adopt innovative cloud-based workflows and AI tooling to streamline our processes, enhance our creativity and unlock the full potential in our intellectual property?
To help shape this potential future direction, we are seeking a Product Manager on a fixed term contract basis to join the programme, to inject true product-based thinking and help define proofs of concept, pilots, toolsets, and ongoing product evolutions.
As a Product Manager within the Studios Technology product team, you will lead user-focussed analysis and assessment of the current media asset landscape, understanding the myriad of ways ITV Studios manages media and delivers post production activities. Armed with this understanding, you will work in collaboration with architects, analysts, engineers and colleagues from production, technology and operations to help define the future direction of travel for media asset management and post production. You will build and deliver visions, roadmaps and backlogs and test through PoC, pilots and beyond, embedding policies, guidelines and tooling to deliver best in class functionality, using OKRs and KPIs to demonstrate real value across the business from production to exploitation.
The team
Together, the Studios Technology team shape and deliver the technology which powers our global content business, from the tools our production teams use to create brilliant programmes, to the systems that help us discover and sell that content around the world.
The Future Post Production project is focussed on enabling transformation in the Post Production and Media Asset Management space, delivered by a cross-functional team of architects, analysts, engineers and experts from our in-house post production teams across the world.
We promote a collaborative culture, open to new ideas and perspectives and with a focus on learning and innovation. You will work in collaboration with a cross-functional team but also aligned with a team of Product Managers across the product portfolio.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
