Make Your Mark as a Product Manager at Storio Group

About the Role

This is a high-impact role leading the mobile app team. You will be the strategic owner of the customer journey, spanning everything from the homepage and landing pages to product selection, configuration, and the seamless handoff into the creation experience.

We're not just optimising, we're undergoing a major re-design. You will address key friction points in the current journey and lay the essential foundation for innovation that will simplify decision-making, bring customer’s visions to life digitally, and dramatically improve conversion.

How You Embrace Curiosity Daily

  • Own the Product Strategy: Define and champion the short-term vision and 6–12 month product roadmap for the mobile app experience, ensuring alignment with Storio's overall business strategy.
  • Be a Customer Advocate: Act as the voice of the customer—deeply understand their problems and jobs to be done, and champion features that directly and meaningfully address their needs.
  • Prioritise Effectively: Take full ownership of the product backlog, guiding the team through a structured prioritisation process that aligns initiatives with strategic goals, customer pain points, business impact, and effort/technology considerations.
  • Drive Discovery & Innovation: Lead product discovery through user research, competitive analysis, data analysis, experimentation, and AI-assisted workflows to identify high-impact opportunities that reduce friction and enhance the end-to-end purchase journey. Leverage AI and ML where they create meaningful customer value, while using AI tools to accelerate discovery, synthesis, and product execution.
  • Lead a High-Performance Team: Manage the entire development lifecycle by leading and collaborating closely with your dedicated product team (Design, Research, Engineering, Data Analysts).
  • Champion End-to-End Experience: While focused on Browse & Manage, you'll be skilled in identifying and advocating for improvements across the entire customer journey, across different devices and customer journey steps.
  • Influence & Align: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Marketing, Commercial, Operations, and Brand to ensure product initiatives are commercially sound and supported across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
