About Y TREE

We are a rapidly growing WealthTech business that is re-defining how individuals and families connect and engage with their money. We provide our clients with control over their personal finances, enhancing their ability to achieve their financial and life aspirations.

We are harnessing sophisticated portfolio analytics, innovative behavioural psychology, and cutting-edge UX/UI to create a revolutionary experience and transformational outcomes for our users. The business was founded in 2017 by three successful entrepreneurs and business-builders with diverse experiences and skill-sets in Technology, Corporate Advice, and Investment Management and is backed by some of Europe’s leading investors.

Team Overview

The Product team at Y TREE is a close-knit, highly driven group of 10. We operate with extreme focus on two core pillars: creating an incredible client experience that drives organic growth, and making our business radically more efficient by streamlining internal processes. We are fast-paced, collaborative, and obsessed with delivering tangible value.

The Role

Our mobile app is at the heart of how clients experience Y TREE. It brings their financial life into one place: clients can see their whole portfolio, track how it is performing, chat with their team, approve advice, check on work in progress, and update their balances. It is both where they go to understand their wealth and the hub for managing their relationship with us.

As the Mobile Product Manager, you will own the mobile app experience across iOS and Android, working with a dedicated mobile squad. You are responsible for the product clients use every day, so the bar for quality and craft is high.

We are looking for someone who cares deeply about the people using the app and pays close attention to detail. Someone who keeps pushing to make the experience better, and who uses data to understand how the app is used and to know whether each release has moved the needle. You will also help us improve how we build: tightening the loop between product and engineering, making the most of our AI pipeline, and finding ways to ship faster without compromising on quality.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Responsibilities

  • Own the mobile app experience: Be the PM responsible for our client-facing iOS and Android app, the interface clients rely on every day. You set the direction, own the backlog, and work with a dedicated squad to deliver.
  • Care about the experience: Pay close attention to the details. Continuously refine and optimise the app so it feels effortless: fast, clear, and pleasant to use.
  • Use data to drive decisions: Be obsessed with understanding how clients actually use the app. Measure the impact of every release, dig into the numbers to find what is and is not working, and let that evidence shape what you do next.
  • Improve how we build: Continuously improve our ways of working. Make the most of our AI pipeline, tighten the handover with engineering, and find ways to move faster without sacrificing quality.
  • Embrace new technology: Be curious about where things are heading and quick to put new tools to work to build better products more quickly.

About You

You are a sharp, curious, and detail-oriented product person who puts the client first. You care about craft, you work quickly, and you are always looking for a better way to do things.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2 to 4 years in mobile product management on a high-quality, consumer-facing (B2C) app. Fintech or wealth experience is a real plus, but what matters most is that you have worked on a genuinely premium consumer product and can evidence the impact you’ve had.
  • Native app experience: You have shipped genuinely native iOS and Android apps, not web wrapped in an app shell.
  • Craft-first: You have high standards and little tolerance for clunky experiences. You notice the small things and you find it hard to leave them alone.
  • Curious about AI: You are excited about agentic AI and tools like Claude Code, ideally with some hands-on experience, and keen to explore how they can change the way we build product.
  • A strong communicator: You bring people with you, whether engineers, designers, or founders, and keep everyone working towards the same goal.
