Product Manager
Product Manager
The Advocate Group are recruiting on behalf of an innovative, health, wellness and nutrition business looking to appoint a Product Manager to join their growing team.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll take ownership of an established product portfolio, using data, customer insight and commercial analysis to optimise performance, support new product development and ensure products are delivered successfully from supplier through to customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise an FMCG product portfolio.
- Analyse sales, margin and customer data to identify opportunities.
- Support forecasting, inventory and supplier management.
- Coordinate new product launches and product updates.
- Work closely with Marketing, Tech, Finance and Operations.
- Lead a small Customer Service team, using customer feedback to drive improvements.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to support product strategy.

About You
You'll have:
- Product Management experience within FMCG or B2C.
- E-commerce experience.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills.
- Experience with forecasting, supply chain or production planning.
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence managing suppliers and cross-functional projects.
Desirable:
- Health, nutrition or functional food experience.
