Product Manager (Ops, Governance & Compliance)

Product Manager – Ops, Governance & Compliance

Trade Nation

Trade Nation is a global CFD and spread betting brokerage, operating across multiple regulated jurisdictions. We build the platforms, back-office systems, and data infrastructure that enable traders to act with confidence while ensuring operational integrity at scale.

We are hiring a Product Manager for the Ops, Governance & Compliance vertical—the product surface where regulatory obligation, operational efficiency, and data integrity converge. Your role will span back-office systems, data flows, and integrations, supporting governance, compliance, risk, and operational processes to achieve:

  • High regulatory compliance across licensed jurisdictions
  • Operational efficiency through automation
  • A clean, single-source customer database

This is a role designed for growth. You’ll own delivery from day one, evolving into full ownership of the vertical’s roadmap and outcomes, working closely with Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Finance stakeholders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
